Breitling Oil and Gas Corporation, an independent exploration and production company based in Irving, Texas, will lead present at the 2nd Annual Proppants Summit in Houston, Texas. The conference will take place December 4-6 at The Houston Marriott West Loop hotel.
The workshop, entitled “Advanced Well Design, The Shift to Liquids, and What’s next for the Oil and Gas Industry,” will be delivered by Breitling’s chief executive officer, Chris Faulkner, and will occur at 8:15 a.m. on December 6, 2012.
Chris Faulkner, Breitling Oil and Gas CEO said “As we shift towards liquids plays here in the U.S the demand for fracking will decline in the near term and a spot market will emerge.” Faulkner added, “Both of these things will impact the overall U.S. fracking market through 2015 so opportunities may present themselves aboard for fracking and in-turn proppant.”
Mr. Faulkner serves as an advisor to the ECF Asia Shale Committee and sits on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Commission. He has been featured in numerous media outlets, including Reuters, Bloomberg, Financial Times, US News & World Report, FOX Business News and CNBC.
