Oil and Gas Today with Chris Faulkner – Podcast #464

Obama loves kicking the can down the road.   Eight federal agencies preparing comments on the proposed Keystone XL crude oil pipeline project’s cross-border permit received additional time, the US Department of State announced. It did not set a new deadline, but emphasized that the agency consultation process will not start over.

This thing has been vetted more than the Vietnam War with studies lasting now more than 2,000 days, five exhaustive environmental reviews, and over 17,000 pages of scientific data Keystone XL decision still languishes on.
